New Blog! And, Four-Leaf Clover Button

 I'm starting a new blog to chronicle my crochet projects! For my first post, here is a free pattern I designed, for a four-leaf clover crocheted around a green button. Four-Leaf Clover Button Just a cute little four-leaf clover, crocheted around a button! Keep it as it is, or hot glue a piece of felt and a brooch pin to the back.  Materials: One green button with a 1-inch diameter and 4 holes in the center Green worsted-weight yarn of your choice (I used Lily Sugar’n Cream Solids) Crochet Hook size D (3.00mm). (This is smaller than usual for this weight of yarn, but I wanted to keep things tight around the button. If this is too difficult, you could try using a little larger size hook, but crochet tightly.) A needle small enough to fit through the button holes (but large enough to thread with the yarn) Scissors Crochet Terms (US): ch = chain ch sp = chain space sc = single crochet hdc = half double crochet dc = double crochet tr = triple crochet sl st = slip stitch Setup: First, y
